Service Procedure
  The Company had given its service of variety of candidates to clients on a simple one year’s Contract book.
  If the candidate leaves the work or the client rusticates the candidate; In both the cases the company provides a facility of free replacement
  The Company needs at lease 7 days time for replacement for Mumbai and 15 days for rest of India / Abroad, after repaving e-mail or telephonic call regarding the subject on behalf of the client.
  The Company’s executives personally verify the entire candidate with the help or their ID Proof Residence Proof, photographs Ration card their previous working records and some.
  After overall document supported verification the company makes three Bio-date file of the candidate. The First file remains in company, The Second one is given to client for keeping safe, while the third one is supposed to be deposited in the concerned police station directly thorough representative of client or the sectary of the client's building society for the proper verification as it is of a vital legal importance.
  The Company requests to fill all the particulars regarding cast, religion, age group, job description, of the candidate very carefully. After matching all the requirement of client the company sends the candidates for interview. Its takes a minimum of 15 days for Local Mumbai & 25 days for out of Mumbai and rest of India or abroad
  The Client himself fills the registration from on the web site and sends it by e-mail along with depositing the half of the registration amount as mentioned above) In the A/c of the company – D.S. Infinity Recruitment Pvt. Ltd. Current A/c No. 4112000002374 Payable at HDFC Bank Malad (West), Mumbai – 400064.
  The Company commits to send the cash memo or Receipt of Registration by post to the client within a period of one mouth, if the registration from is filled though e-mail, but the workout is started as the very date of receiving the amount in company’s Amount.
  The Company provided an option of 5 candidates to choose one out of them from the probation.
The company gives a good probation period of ten days for the candidate, by the client for trial. 
The Company gives a unique and free replacement facility of (1+1) in a year. It the client sends a candidate back to the company unselected within 10 days it’s is not counted on the other hand on the end  of 10th day of probation it is counted as the first candidate replaced and vice-versa.
The System of Company includes compulsory of verification of its all the working staff with adequate documents being supplied to their clients that is why we need the registration of our client at the time of providing our services to them for a duration of 1 years. Which is easily extendable after the payment of renewal charges year after year?
 
REGISTRATION AND ONWARDS
Fresh Registration:
The Registration fee for full time the Regidence OF Mumbai is Rs.5000+ST (Rupees Five Thousand +service Tax) is other then Mumbai. The Registration fee for paet time employee is Rupees 3000+ST (Three Thousand + Service Tax)Full Amt Must be paid in Advance in the time of Registration. For abroad, the registration fee is 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand + Service Tax) Only. The company will provide Only Candidate for the employeement in abroad .The client shall have to get visa at his own cost.
Supply of the Fittest:
The Company requests to full the briefs mentioned in the registration form regarding the Job description, Cast selection, Age and gender groups of working staffs for a quicker selection and supply of the fittest candidate in the service of our Clients.
Service Time Commitments (STC):
Keeping an eagle eye upon the preferences maid by our clients the Company commits to start its active service maximum within a nominal duration of 15th days.
Legal Security Measure (LSM Scheme):
An ultra advanced system for legal security is followed by the Company for the better security of this Clients The Complete historical bio-data file of the working candidate is prepared by the expert executives of the Company after the personal visit of proper verification of the essential documents like Ration Card, Electricity bill their identity proof and many more others to secure a fair character record of the candidate. Three files of these verified documents and records or being prepared by the company. The first files lies with the company the Second one with the client and the third and last is suppose to be deposited by the client through their respective housing societies to their concerned police stations either directly or indirectly through the secretary/Manager of the society because it is of vital & legal importance in the future.
Fixation of Salary:
As per the transparent rules of the Company it’s does not have any interference in the fixation of the salary of its candidates it is obvious that the salaries really subject of mutual understanding and proper negotiation as per the time spanned and task done by the candidate.

Replacement Facilities
In case of any unadjustability and unmatching of the tests the company commits provide a replacement facility of maximum 5 candidates one after another. At the same time it is notable that if the client fails to select any of them for his/her permanent service, the registration amount given by the client will not be returned at any cost because as a matter fact the company bears a minimum expense of Rupees 600/- (Rs.Sex Hundred only) per candidate to arrange and send them. We provide our full stress over the proper matching of tests between the client and the candidate.

Under the provision of replacement a candidate who had done the work under the full probation of ten days will be counted as one candidate replaced, if he / she is drawn back from the probation. On the other hand replacement within nine or less days will not be counted.

Cancellation of registration
All types of monetary claims related with the cancellation of registration will be considered strictly within 30 (Thirty) days of registration. The company will cancel and pay the amount after proper investigation only in form of cheque instead of cheque and others.
Returnable registration amount
The respected clients should be aware of the fact the company is not going to refund the full amount of registration at any cost and sum of Rs. 700/- (Rs. Seven hundred only) will be deducted on account of administrative and official maintenance charges irrespective of the days after registration in the case of out of Mumbai and foreign areas this amount of deduction will be certainly the half of the registration amount.

Accidental cases
The company will not bear any risk or responsibility regarding any accident with the employee during the full period of employment.
Claims regarding loss of property: 
The company is not going to bear any responsibility for any kind of theft or loss of property done by the employee.
Cases of non-payment
A little bit delay in payment due to some reasonable cause is considerable but the cases of non payment will be raised by a company before the concern with the help of related labor unions with any delay.
Advance Salary & Disputes:
The Company Keeps a clear vision to say that it will again not responsible for any type advance payment by the employers in favor of their employees and it will be a matter likely to solve with mutual understanding.
