Real speaking the salary should be determined in the light of a truthful and logical negotiation.

Note: Some well educated and English speaking governances demand 10 to 15 % more salary and logically it is also rightful.

Holidays: As per a general rule the maids inside Mumbai enjoy a holiday of couple of days in a months (normally fortnightly) on the other hand maids serving out of Mumbai get a holiday of continuous 40 days with payments.
